When ordering we ask for only that information from the customer that is absolutely necessary for completing the order. We do not give this data to any third party. With the exception of the below this information is necessary for notification and delivery of the given products.
The purchase price is the price denoted next to the products that is gross (includes VAT).
- Ways of payment
- Cash on delivery.
- Courier. The cost of the goods and the delivery costs must be paid to the courier on receipt from the delivery company in accordance with the suitability of the order.
- Bank transfer in advance, prior to delivery of the goods.
Processing of the order takes place when the transferred sum has arrived. This is dependent on the time to transfer between the two bans.

- You will receive the products chosen and ordered from the web shop, depending on the conditions, within a few days, or as agreed in the confirmation of the order.
We will deliver the ordered goods, ordered and securely packaged, to your house. Dispatch of the goods will be within 24 hours after the order.
The delivery charge is dependent on the total weight of the products ordered and every customer will receive information as to the exact sum during the course of the ordering.
- Cancelling the order
- We advise you that the order may be cancelled without reason within 8 working days of the order being made. The intention to cancel the order must be made to us by email. If we have fulfilled all the notification obligations by email, then you have the right to cancel from the day of the receipt of the goods, in other cases day within three months. In the case of cancelling we are obliged to return the sum paid without delay, but at the latest within 30 days following the cancellation. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal you will cover the any costs arising from the return of the goods. You will not bear any costs over and above this, although we may require you to cover any costs arising from consumption.
- Our company’s quality assurance policy
- The Gróf Degenfeld Winery declares that all wines it distributes comply with the XVIII law (2004) governing viticulture and viniculture, is in possession of all permits necessary for placing goods on the market.
You can indicate the warranty claim for the product(s) ordered within two months of receipt and we will reply within three working days.
Inasmuch as our Company has acted wrongly and you have given notification by email according to the method described above we will naturally exchange the goods within three working days. If it is not possible to exchange, you may request an appropriate rebate or may cancel the contract. There is no recourse for cancelling due to an insignificant error.
- Obligation to pay
- We will confirm to the given email the dispatch of goods following their dispatch. Inasmuch as confirmation of the order does not occur within 48 hours, you have no obligation to pay.
Content of the basket
You can start the purchase of the chosen product by pressing the Into the basket button. The basket contents will appear immediately following the selection of the product. You can follow the chosen products and the current total in the basket - during browsing too -, and also change or delete according to your wishes.
The price per case displayed next to the wines is valid when ordering a full case.
The wine case comes with 6 bottles per case.
Online purchase process
- Browsing, choosing products
- We have listed our products on our web site according to categories. You can select the various main categories from the menu on the left. Inasmuch as a product group also has a sub group you can navigate with the link in the column text.
Search: in order to find the products more easily in case you do not know which product group to look in. It is sufficient to use parts of words.
- A precondition of entry into our web shop is customer registration. You can do this by clicking on the "Registration" title. Please give precise delivery and invoice details, telephone contact details and choose a username and password. This way you will not have to enter all the data for your next purchase; it is enough to give just your username and password. You can decide here whether you request home delivery or to pick up the products ordered from the winery.
Accurate information is necessary so that we can register and complete your order.
- Clicking on this button you can put your desired product "into the basket". The purpose of the basket is to collect all the goods you would like to order and so you can see the value of the goods selected. Later you can remove any of the goods in the basket if you wish or if you change your mind. The current state of the basket (the number of items selected, the gross value of the purchase) can be followed in the top third of the right hand column of every page.
- This button completes your order from the basket. With this step an email will automatically be sent to us giving notification of the intention to purchase.
- Confirmation of order
- We confirm the order by telephone or by email within 24 hours - excepting national holidays and non-working days - after the arrival of the order.
Registration, log in
For you to be able to buy from our web shop you must first register. After registration we will send confirmation to the given email address that you should confirm your registration (to avoid the possibility of anyone else registering in your name).
Wines you wish to purchase are chosen from the Wines menu option.
