Tastes
Made from grapes from the Galambos Vineyard. 60% of the wine was fermented in 500 l barrels used for the first time, 40% in tanks. It was kept on the pomace for 4 months after fermentation, and constantly underwent bâttonage. The fruity and vineyard notes dominate the nose and taste while wood is present in the background and the malolactic fermentation of some of the wine makes for a creamy finish.
