In addition to the Tokaj-Hegyalja traditional speciality wines (Szamorodni, Fordítás, Aszú) the estate also produces excellent semi-sweet and sweet, as well as dry and semi-dry wines from the traditional grape varieties of the wine region: Furmint, Hárslevelű and Muscat Lunel. The Gróf Degenfeld family are believers in the Tokaj traditions and are proud to associate their name with their wines striving for first class quality.

Tastes
At the end of a long, dry summer, the Hárslevelű grapes were harvested in both the Galambos and the Terézia vineyards on 29th September. The colour of this wine is light yellow. The bouquet features notes of linden blossom and fruits, which are characteristic of this grape variety. Alongside these aromas, grapefruit and lychee appear in the taste. Its acids are in perfect balance with the wine’s 35 g per litre residual sugar content. The taste is full and long, yet still light.
